- 125 mL (1/2 cup) maple cream drink
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 2% milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 L (4 cups) espresso coffee, hot
- 250 mL (1 cup) whipped cream
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and the spices.
- Add the maple cream and stir.
- Add one cup of hot espresso coffee to each glass or mug.
- Then divide the heated milk mixture among the glasses.
- Top each glass with whipped cream.
