Sidewalk Pie with Apple and Maple Cream

INGREDIENTS
- Pie pie of your choice. Li>
- 2/3 cup (180 ml) Cassonade li>
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch li>
- 1 cup (250 mL) Maple Cream of the Estate li>
- ½ cup (125 mL) 15% or 35% cream li>
- A hint of vanilla li>
- 2 eggs li>
- A 16 inch by 11 inch rolled cake plate li>

STEPS
- Line up your pie plate so it rises to the edges of the plate. Li>
- Sprinkle pie dough with cornstarch and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Li>
- Place the apple slices in rows and place them on top of each other. Sprinkle the apples with the remaining brown sugar. Li>
- Whisk the eggs and maple cream of the Domaine, 15% or 35% cream and the hint of vanilla. Li>
- Pour over apples. Li>
- Put in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until the crust is cooked and the top begins to brown. Li> Serve with ice cream.
